Failed Delivery:
If the package cannot be delivered due to issues such as an incorrect shipping address, absence of the receiver, or refusal to accept the package, it will be returned to us at your expense. This includes any shipping costs incurred, which will be deducted from your total refund.

Upon Receipt of Your Order:
We advise you to inspect the package and its contents carefully before signing for delivery. If the parcel appears damaged or incomplete, please refuse delivery or sign as “Damaged” and contact us on the same day.

Bank Holidays:
Please note that we do not deliver on bank holidays. In such cases, your parcel will be delivered on the next working day.
